H100D: simply fantastic on a daily basis
As a true ETESIA ride-on mower, it has acquired all of the brand's qualities from its bigger brothers, to provide an efficient, user-friendly high performance package. In the ETESIA H100D, there's no doubt a new mowing star has been born.
Compact
The H100D ride-on mower is only 2 920 mm long and 1 050 mm wide, for a height of 1 270 mm. Without any overhang, it can be steered with fingertip control, and its compact size means it is at home on all surfaces.
Versatile
Its tight turning circle (1.10 m radius) and its reduced rear overhang (1.20 m) make this a very versatile machine, equally at home cutting in large or small areas.
Efficient use of engine power
Two hydraulic motors supplied by a variable flow pump, guarantee maximum power is transmitted to the rear wheels.
Differential lock and power regulator
The H100D ride-on mower is equipped with a hydraulic flow divider, to ensure an effective differential lock, enabling maximum drive in difficult situations (slopes, slippery surfaces, etc.). Furthermore, a power regulator prevents the engine from stalling by adjusting the speed to suite the transmission torque demanded.
Authorised for on-road use
The H100D ride-on mower can be adapted to meet standards for road use by simply adding a rear lighting kit ref. MX102 that is quick and easy to fit.

100 % emptying
The grassbox is mounted between the rear wheels; a special flap holds the grass inside when the box is raised. The grassbox is then opened to allow the grass to be emptied.
Emptying onto the ground
Controlled from the driver's seat, the grass-box is hydraulically emptied onto the ground instantly and effortlessly.
Emptying with the Hi lift box up to 1.80 m from the ground
The hydraulic lift (fitted as standard on the BLHP model) and emptying of the grassbox are carried out via the simple operation of a hydraulic spool valve from the driver's seat. The grassbox may be emptied at any height from ground level up to 1.80 m.
The Hi lift option of the grassbox may be fitted later at any time to the BLSP model with ground tip (MHD100 and MCH100 options). The initial fitting takes less than an hour in a workshop, thereafter it can be fitted or removed as required in less than 30 minutes.
Ergonomic controls
Grouped next to the driver's seat, within easy reach of the operator, the controls provide ease of use: emptying the grassbox, blade engagement, setting the height of the blades, differential lock, etc. All controls are positioned clearly and ergonomically and are easy to operate.
Power steering
The H100D ride-on mower has power steering that makes manoeuvring and 180° turns easy, giving precise steering and causing less fatigue for the operator.
Automatic gearbox
The hydrostatic transmission makes driving more comfortable, allowing you to make smooth progress. Press the forward or reverse pedal to choose the working speed in complete safety.
High back seat
The high back seat, with sliding horizontal adjustment, ensures that you will find the ideal driving position on the H100D.
Dashboard
The dashboard of the H100D is fully functional. In particular, it is equipped with an instrument to cover the following functions: hour meter, maintenance indicator, operational check of all safety devices, fuel level gauge with low level light, continuous engine temperature indication (water) with overheating indicator, preheating indicator, battery charge indicator, hydraulic circuit overheating indicator, lighting indicator.
Silent and efficient
The H100D guarantees an acoustic pressure of 85 dB(A) at the driver's seat and an acoustic level of less than 100 dB(A), in compliance with the new standards. All of which is achieved without cheating or economising on its remarkable cutting and collection performances.
Vibrations
The ride-on mower guarantees a level of vibrations:
· Whole body readings of 1.87 m/s² measured on a hard track at 6 km/h and 0.3 m/s² statically on grass.
· At the upper body reading of 2.3 m/s² measured on a hard track at 6 km/h and 2,06 m/q² statically on grass.
Chassis
The load bearing chassis of the H100D is made up of two mechanically welded tubular sub-assemblies, bolted together. Entirely rust-proofed, the design of the chassis is directly inspired by manufacturing processes used in the automobile industry and is hardwearing even in conditions of intensive use.
Diesel engine
The H100D is equipped with the LOMBARDINI FOCS 702 twin cylinder diesel engine, water cooled and achieving 18 HP at 3 600 rpm. This diesel engine is made in Europe and is particularly reliable and robust. It is for these reasons that it is used in the building industry, for mini cars and in military applications. Strong and economical, it will allow you to work effortlessly throughout the entire day in normal working conditions.
Hydraulic transmission
The choice of hydraulics instead ot mechanical solutions provides the user with transmission systems on the H100D that last longer and have improved reliability.
Cutter heads transmission
The transmission between the two blades is via a double-faced toothed belt. A V belt provides the power transmission between an electromagnetic clutch and the cutting deck.
Cutting blade control
The blades are engaged with an electromagnetic clutch fitted with a brake and controlled by actuating a switch located on the dashboard.
Cutting blade protection
To avoid any major damage, the blades are protected with two shear bolts that can be replaced in the event of a violent impact.
Cutting deck
The cutting deck is made from a single aluminium casting. It does not rust and is very strong.
Grass box
Made from rot-roof fabric on a reinforced tubular frame, the grassbox has a capacity of 600 litres and guarantees the user long life and reliable operation.

Developed using the most powerful CAD tools, built and tested in Europe to rigorous manufacturing techniques, the H100D ride-on mower is designed to last. It only requires the strict minimum in terms of maintenance and guarantees you hours of continuous use.
H100D, turf care equipment
Deflector (MDD100)
The Deflector (MDD100), which can be fitted without tools in place of the grassbox, allows you to mow without collecting the grass, even in the most difficult conditions.

For gardening work (spreading fertiliser) or winter work (spreading grit or sand).

For use in difficult conditions (tall grass, brush…), we recommend using the MF 100D and MF 100G swing tip kits.
All weather cab (MYD100)
the H100D ride-on mower can be equipped with an all weather cab which satisfies the roll over standards (ROPS), with a tilting windscreen, two rear view mirrors and a windscreen wiper, a windscreen wash kit (ref. MYD100L) and heating (ref. MYD100C).
