ETESIA’s cutting deck design, plus new profiled BIOCUT blade lift the grass before it is cut. The clippings are retained within the cutting deck and recut several times before being ejected as fine particles into the turf where they will decompose naturally. A quick, clean environmentally friendly cut.

ETESIA’s experience in the field of rotary cutting has resulted in the development of the very efficient BIOCUT mulching concept. The mulching cover can be removed to convert the BIOCUT 53 into a direct rear ejection mower, which is highly efficient in high and wet grass.
Controls
The specially shaped handlebars are designed to protect the hands. All controls including the starter are incorporated into the handlebars for safety and operator comfort.
Fully adjustable
The BIOCUT 53’s handlebars are fully adjustable. Centralised system provides any cutting heights between 25 mm to 95 mm at the turn of a handle.
Transportation
Handlebars can be folded very easily for the transportation and the storage.
Safety
The BIOCUT 53 meets all safety regulations and has a blade brake stop of less than 3 seconds.
Cutting deck
The BIOCUT 53’s aluminium cutting deck does not rust or distort.
Transmission
The maintenance free, 3-speed tranmission system enables the machine to be operated at a speed that suits prevailing conditions. The BIOCUT 53 is highly manoeuvrable and the clutch is easily operated without effort.
